ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Install, replace, repair and maintain plumbing equipment, fixtures and all piping of sewer and water services from the lot line to plumbing fixtures and stack terminals inside buildings.
* Service, repair and remodel storm sewers, conductors and roof terminals.
* Service and repair low pressure gas piping and kitchen gas appliances.
* Repair and maintain closet and urinal flush valves.
* Repair and maintain solenoid valves and thermostatic group shower mixers.
* Install, replace and repair swimming pool components and equipment.
* Operate and use customary power tools associated with the trade.
* Work independently and generally without assistance on plumbing projects.
* Perform other job related duties as assigned.
