This position will require the following skill-set:

· Detailed subcontractor scope analysis and relationship

· Extensive knowledge of hands on construction procedures

· Ability to lead the subcontractors

· Pricing guidelines and protocol

· Schedule, coordinate and implement all aspects

· Supervise specialty subcontractors, ensuring job progress is met or exceeded

· Highest attention to quality control and detail

· Interface with Architects, Engineers and other on-site personnel

· Effectively manage time and provide the office with detailed project information

· Capable of producing OA's, Contract Scopes, CO's, RFP’s, EWA, Weekly Project Reports, etc.​

· Fully functioning within Microsoft WORD platform

· Punctual, reliable and professional
